Two kites entangled as one,
Carefree breeze blowing them afar
To lands unknown, to clouds unseen,
The chromatic sun reflecting their faces
On the crystal lake.
Their love was never meant to be:
The breeze turned into a storm
The sun black and the lake darker.
They wanted them apart
They wanted them away.
The tempest tore through their hearts
But they remained together
As they were always meant to be.
Paradise was a distant reality
Eternity seemed just a dream
And forever just a mere word.
They flew against the wind
Fighting, crying, bleeding,
but giving up they never did, never letting go
The night seemed tyrannical, brutal
Dawn was never creeping in
Love wins in face of adversity
And win they did, conquer they did.
Morning brought a new beginning:
They bent but they never broke.
Love won, wrath lost
Two kites entangled as one
Went to a land afar.
Carefree breeze blowing them afar
To lands unknown, to clouds unseen,
The chromatic sun reflecting their faces
On the crystal lake.
Their love was never meant to be:
The breeze turned into a storm
The sun black and the lake darker.
They wanted them apart
They wanted them away.
The tempest tore through their hearts
But they remained together
As they were always meant to be.
Paradise was a distant reality
Eternity seemed just a dream
And forever just a mere word.
They flew against the wind
Fighting, crying, bleeding,
but giving up they never did, never letting go
The night seemed tyrannical, brutal
Dawn was never creeping in

And win they did, conquer they did.
Morning brought a new beginning:
They bent but they never broke.
Love won, wrath lost
Two kites entangled as one
Went to a land afar.
